    Are you looking for a new challenge and opportunity to make a difference? Our client is seeking a Senior Staff Nurse to join their team at a brand new hospital situated south of Birmingham City Centre. This role not only provides an attractive salary of up to £40,455 and a £5,000 joining bonus but also offers the exciting chance to be part of a growing team in a stunning location.

    With thirty-three beds across three wards, the hospital provides a range of inpatient services, as well as a large outpatient department and regional conference facilities. Under the guidance of a new, experienced Senior Management Team.

    As a Senior Staff Nurse, you will:
    • Deliver high quality, service user-focused care
    • Participate in the development of new services and care pathways
    • Promote the local implementation of the Group Nursing Strategy
    • Engage in continuous quality improvement within your service

    The ideal Senior Staff Nurse candidate should have:
    • An active NMC PIN with 12 months post-qualifying experience
    • Relevant clinical experience
    • A positive attitude and dedication to change, improvement and quality
    • The ability to develop and use flexible and innovative approaches to practice
    • Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills
