- Project managing updates and changes to customer product documentation.
- Assisting with working group, committee and board level governance.
- Providing essential legal support on Legal and Compliance matters relating to the development of existing client relationships and new client launches.
- Proven experience working as a legal assistant or paralegal.
- Knowledge of contract law and experience in drafting and reviewing contracts and legal documents.
- Familiarity with corporate governance principles and practices.
- Knowledge of European legal and regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills.
