- Identify prospects and establish a contact program within defined parameters
- Schedule prospect appointments and conduct virtual and face-to-face meetings/demos

- Maintain the chosen ADP database management tool and follow the current sales processes
- Minimum of 5 years sales experience in a service-based environment (technical or HR-related)
- At least 2 years of field sales experience, including a full UK Driving licence
- Demonstrated ability to generate new business opportunities independently from various channels and drive sales cycles to closure methodically
- Proven track record of managing complex sales cycles and closing deals (£20k plus of annual revenue) with mid-market companies having over 300 employees
- Experience in selling multi-country products is preferred
- A minimum of A-level education with a desired degree-level qualification or equivalent

Mid-Market District Manager
In this role, you will be responsible for sales of ADP's UK Payroll and HR solutions to new customers with 300 to 1000 employees. The sales cycle typically lasts 3-5 months, and you may negotiate with up to 3/4 individuals depending on the prospect's organization. You will need to adapt the number of contracts depending on the product or service, with an average order value of approximately £20,000 - £50,000 in year 1 revenue.
