- Assist senior lawyers in providing critical tax advice and analysis on a broad range of complex, cross-border transactions.
- Conduct thorough tax due diligence investigations, identify and analyse potential tax issues, and develop effective tax structuring strategies.
- Draft and negotiate complex tax provisions in transaction documents, collaborating effectively with colleagues in the Private Equity Group.
- Assist senior associates and partners in managing client relationships and ensuring timely project completion.
- Qualified solicitor in England and Wales with a strong academic background
- NQ - 2 years of experience in a leading tax practice, with a focus on transactional tax, as well and interest and understanding of UK corporate tax law, with a strong grasp of relevant tax principles.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
