    Description
    Montgomery Group are seeking an experienced, results-oriented sales professional to drive sales within our Design and Build Division.

    The Design and Build Portfolio of shows includes the:

    Surface Design Show; which takes place annually in London serving the architect and design community.

    To be a commercial leader for the division; exceeding revenue targets across all revenue lines through exhibition sales and sponsorship sales.

    Develop sales strategies by forecasting future trends and analysis of market conditions.
    Securing business through multi-channel approach, including cold calling, social media, email, face-to-face, attending events and networking events.
    Identify, qualify and deliver new business through gap analysis of current customers.
    Ensure that monthly sales KPI's are achieved.
    Develop a comprehensive sales plan for commercial growth in alignment with the overarching event strategy.
    Maintain regular and precise financial reporting through management of the sales pipeline.
    Excellent organisation skills managing workloads via the company CRM.
    Collaborate closely with the marketing team on campaigns to generate sales leads and drive results.
    Has a proven track record of delivering results within exhibitions and sponsorship sales.
    Have high emotional levels of intelligence and be skilled in the art of relationship building.

    The central London, dog friendly offices are located in a Georgian townhouse, close to the bustle of Oxford Street and Marylebone High Street with private access to Manchester Square Gardens and easy walking distance to Hyde Park.

    Hybrid working is offered to all applicants with a minimum of three days a week in the office (Monday & Thursdays plus a third day of your choosing).

    There will be a requirement to travel domestically to meet with clients and attend relevant industry events throughout the year alongside a small amount of international travel to visit relevant competitor exhibitions.
