    VMA GROUP are partnering with a leading organisation in the corporate travel and events industry, who are expanding, seeking a Growth Marketing Director, Global.

    Reporting to the Global Marketing, Brand, and Communications Director, you will play a crucial role in driving the marketing strategy to achieve the pre-defined 24/25 objectives.

    During the maternity leave of the Global Marketing, Brand, and Comms Director, you will report to the Chief Revenue Officer.

    Lead the global marketing function, encompassing marketing-led growth, PR, corporate communications, brand, customer marketing, and product marketing.
    # Utilise digital marketing expertise to drive market share gain and achieve targets.
    # Provide mentorship and guidance to team members to ensure target achievement and professional growth.
    # Collaborate closely with the Global Marketing, Brand, and Communications Director and other members of the Global Executive team to achieve results.

    Demonstrated experience of years in a senior marketing leadership role, preferably within the travel industry.
    # Salesforce knowledge essential
    # Strong grasp of how different marketing verticals contribute to lead generation and pipeline conversion.
    # Proficiency in digital marketing strategies to drive market share gain.
    # Ability to excel in a fast-paced, demanding business environment.
