Community Partnerships :
Build and maintain relationships with education facilities, community groups, and job centres to expand our reach
Learner Recruitment:
Be the first point of contact for enquiries, conduct interviews, and create welcoming pathways into our Bootcamps
Data Insight:
Efficiently manage recruitment data to inform and enhance outreach strategies
Event Participation:
Coordinate and attend recruitment events, bringing our Bootcamps to life for potential learners
Collaboration:
Work closely with the Recruitment Manager to explore new outreach opportunities, enhancing our community presence
Wider Team Support:
Engage in activities that support our broader educational mission, adding value to our community initiatives. Skills and Experience At least 2 years of experience in an outreach/recruitment role (DWP, job centres, and communities). Quality, accuracy, and attention to detail are essentials. Timely delivery of tasks. Good communication skills & work ethic. Solid understanding of our Bootcamps. Customer Service experience.
