    Our established manufacturing client, based in Burton upon Trent , on the borders of Staffordshire and Derbyshire is looking for an Assistant Brand Manager .

    About the client
    Our established client is a leading worldwide manufacturer and supplier of tiling equipment, flooring, tools & accessories. Their brands' provide premium products for consumers, trade and retailers throughout the UK. Our client is an exceptional family of iconic brands and trusted products that are used by people who design and build new spaces, contractors who transform and improve spaces, people aiming to add allure to their space, and everyone intending to enhance their quality of life by improving their space. Day to Day Responsibilities
    As an Assistant Brand Manager you will provide analytical and administrative support to the senior team and assist in the day-to-day operations the department. Some of your day to day responsibilities will include.
    • Liaising with suppliers, some of which will be based in China.
    • Working with the sales team on customer projects, such as new line forms, meetings, displays, POS etc.
    • Working with the marketing team on products, such as range reviews, new product launches, brochures, flyers, website and go-to-market plans
    • Assist in the execution and management of agreed marketing plans in line with brand strategy, and help generate successful delivery through brand presentations and engagement.
    About You:
    • Marketing degree/CIM qualified or relevant experience.
    • Passion and enthusiasm
    • Keen to want to follow a product marketing path
    • Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills – internal and external
    • Good understanding of digital channels and social media
    • Strong organisation skills with a keen eye for detail
    • Demonstrate executional excellence within tight deadlines
    • Flexible when working in a fast paced environment
    • Ability to both work as a team and work independently with minimal supervision
