SDR Team Manager (Hybrid role - 3 days office/2 days home)
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Development Representative (SDR) Team Manager to lead and develop our SDR team.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of achievement in a similar role, demonstrating strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive results whilst leading by example and hitting individual targets/KPIs.
As the SDR Team Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our sales pipeline and contributing to our growth strategy.
To excel in this role you will need excellent time-management and organizational skills to balance the dual responsibilities of being an effective player/manager. This means leading by example, ensuring strong individual performance and targets are achieved.
In this role you will be:
Working closely with the Sales Manager to:
As an Individual:
Hit weekly, monthly and quarterly new business KPIs for discovery calls booked which lead to Sales opportunities being created
Proactively identify, engage and nurture, prospects within our Ideal Customer Profile
Formulate creative and effective messaging via phone, email and social media to grab attention and build interest
Leverage tools such as HubSpot, ZoomInfo and LinkedIn to work smarter
Qualify prospects before booking meetings or demonstrations with a Sales Executive
Whilst achieving individual quota for meetings booked take the lead with the SDR team to provide:
Leadership & Management:
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of SDRs to achieve
and exceed targets.
Foster a positive and collaborative team environment that promotes
growth and success.
Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, performance reviews, ongoing
coaching and feedback.
Strategy & Execution:
Develop and implement effective SDR strategies and processes to
maximize lead generation and qualification.
Monitor and analyse key performance metrics to identify areas for
improvement and implement corrective actions.
Training & Development:
Ensure SDRs are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge by
identifying training needs.
Stay current with industry trends, market conditions, and competitive
landscape to inform training content and strategies.
Implement and maintain a structured onboarding process for new
SDRs to ensure a smooth and effective integration into the team.
Qualifications:
Proven track record of success in an SDR or similar sales role, with at least 2- 3 years of experience.
Previous experience managing a team of SDRs or sales professionals
Strong understanding of sales processes, lead generation techniques, and best practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills, with demonstrated leadership and coaching abilities.
Familiarity with Hubspot CRM is a plus, as is a passion for web accessibility and digital inclusion.
