- We are seeking a Service Centre Team Manager to lead our teams through a period of change in our HR administration processes, engaging with stakeholders to support colleagues in a new way.
- You will be part of the management team for our Service Centre operations, responsible for coordinating local and central teams to develop streamlined processes.
- If you want to enhance your skills in a supportive setting, this two-year fixed-term role could be the perfect opportunity for you.
- We need someone who can adapt quickly to new systems and processes to train the teams, showing readiness for change as we implement new capabilities.
- We are particularly interested in candidates with experience in complex administration processes and team management skills, who engage stakeholders to achieve quality results.
