£30000 p.a + Benefits
A respected local business are seeking a Payroll Administrator to process a portfolio of payrolls on behalf of their high-profile clients.
Gathering time-sensitive data from clients and inputting it into multiple payroll processing software systems.
Calculating various statutory pay and pension contributions accurately.
Generating a diverse range of reports for clients.
Uploading data to different auto-enrolment pension portals such as Nest, People's Pension, etc.
Computing Additional Earnings (AoEs) accurately.
Setting up and processing BACS payments from clients' bank accounts for net wages, PAYE, and other occasional payments.
Handling the processing and distribution of year-end reports and P60s.
Ensuring compliance with legislative and statutory requirements in all payroll activities and procedures.
Coordinating with HMRC on behalf of clients when necessary.
Conducting cross-checks on payroll calculations performed by other payroll colleague(s)
Keys Skills required:
Demonstrated track record in overseeing a payroll bureau within an accountancy practice.
Proficient in clear and confident client communication via telephone and email.
Organized and methodical approach to tasks.
Comfortable with adapting to various payroll processing software, along with Microsoft Excel and Word.
Keen attention to detail and adeptness in reviewing payroll reports and calculations. Interested?
