    Description

    Senior Performance Analyst

    Our Role

    As a Senior Performance Analyst, you will work with the contract helping to ensure that we are running at our operational optimum. Working with the back office and operations team, you will extract and translate data from a variety of sources; enabling and supporting the team to make informed decisions to guide business improvement and efficiency. This role will enable data driven decisions, supporting us to reach our performance obligations on the contract.

    Key Responsibilities

    ·We are looking for someone to extract and translate data to identify areas of improvements and concerns in our operational contracts; supporting the provision of appropriate strategies of business improvement

    ·We are looking for someone to identify trends within our performance and lead small projects to tackle and resolve issues

    ·We are looking for someone to work side by side with our planning manager to ensure our back office team are planning work as efficiently as possible for the operational teams to enable increased productivity

    ·We are looking for somebody to build a close relationship with the client to help drive forward their targets and improve customer performance

    ·We are looking for someone to be flexible due to adhoc requests which come in daily from different departments

    ·We are looking for someone to help improve data accuracy from a commercial perspective to reduce our level of WIP on the contract

    ·We are looking for someone to undertake research and collect data to better analyse outcomes

    ·We are looking for someone to regularly monitor business performance; interpreting this data into visually engaging management reports

    ·We are looking for someone to attend weekly performance meetings, supporting the Operations team with the communication and visualisation of performance data

    ·We are looking for someone to develop and promote good data governance and analytical rigour; presenting conclusions to a range of stakeholders

    ·We are looking for someone to produce and present statistical information clearly and concisely against a range of Key Performance Indicators

    ·We are looking for someone to conduct quality audits of ongoing and completed works across the contract; liaising with local data owners for general performance and feedback

    ·We are looking for someone to ensure the accurate submission of complete performance reports

    ·We are looking for someone to produce Process maps to identify business improvement opportunities

    Experience and Qualifications

    ·Technical understanding of data development, transformation and modelling

    ·Proven experience in developing data capture solutions

    ·Proven experience of using visualisation tools, such as Tableau

    ·Excellent communication skills, with the skill of conveying complex data visually and concisely to a range of stakeholders

    ·Proven experience of using visualisation tools, such as Power BI or Tableau
