Luton Hoo Hotel stands out as a prestigious, luxurious, and historically significant 5-star hotel nestled in lush green surroundings.

Providing exceptional Meeting and Events facilities for both corporate and leisure purposes, we are seeking an experienced individual from the luxury sector who is proactive and self-driven to generate business.

A substantial part of the role involves meeting clients, pitching services, and visiting various locations.

To excel in this position, one must possess an in-depth understanding of our brand and infuse their unique approach into the sales cycle to enhance client retention and attract new business effectively.

Important – A valid driver's license and access to a car are essential for success in this role.

Duties and Responsibilities

Work towards achieving all revenue stream targets set in the budget.
Implement sales strategies as per the sales plan and directives from the Line Manager.
Create account animation plans.
Identify potential new accounts, make telesales calls, conduct face-to-face appointments, and engage in non-face-to-face sales activities.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with brand partner sale/key account teams.
Familiarize yourself with brand standards and tools related to sales activities.
Manage customer relationships to maximize sales opportunities, drive repeat business, and promote the Arora collection of hotels.
Execute and communicate Arora Group and relevant Brand marketing initiatives and promotions to customers and the market.
Utilize public relations, marketing, and social media tools to enhance sales efficiency.
