Luton Hoo Hotel is a renowned, luxurious 5-star hotel with a rich history, nestled in lush green surroundings.

Providing exceptional venues for both corporate and leisure events, we are seeking an experienced individual from the luxury sector, who is driven and proactive in attracting business.

Most of the role involves being on the field, meeting with agents and promoting our services.

Success in this position demands in-depth knowledge of our brand and the ability to infuse your unique touch in the sales process to maintain our current client base while expanding our reach to new customers.

Essential – A car and driving capability are prerequisites for excelling in this role.

Duties and Responsibilities

- Working towards achieving all revenue targets for the hotel while meeting specific predefined contribution goals.

- Implementing sales strategies and initiatives as per the budget, sales plan, and guidance from the Line Manager.

- Formulating account development plans.

- Identifying potential new clients, making telesales calls, conducting in-person meetings, and engaging in non-face-to-face sales activities.

- Cultivating strong relationships with brand partner sales teams/key accounts.

- Familiarizing oneself with brand standards and tools related to sales activities.

- Managing customer relationships to maximize new sales opportunities, drive repeat business, and promote the entire Arora hotel collection.

- Implementing and promoting Arora Group and relevant Brand marketing campaigns and initiatives to customers and the market.

- Leveraging public relations, marketing, and social media tools to enhance sales performance.
