    Due to continued growth within our business, we are looking to develop our Non-Destructive Evaluation (NDE) capability, therefore we have several permanent vacancies across our Derby manufacturing facility for talented engineers to join our team.

    The inspection techniques will include state-of-the-art phased array inspection capabilities for use on a Naval reactor plant. We offer excellent development, a competitive salary and exceptional benefits. These include bonus, employee support assistance and employee discounts.

    Hybrid working is a way in which our people can balance their time between the office, home or another remote location.

    As a minimum we're all expected to attend the workplace for collaboration and other specific reasons, on average three days per week.

    The product and materials are somewhat novel when comparing to other vessel fabrications, pumps, valves and assemblies for a Pressurised circuit.

    You will be supporting training and coaching in the office and shop floor to ensure inspection standards are met for Automated UT

    You will be ensuring customer and business requirements for Safety, Quality, Cost and Delivery are met, as well as compliance to design intent.

    They are an essential component of our assessment process and are fundamental qualities that we seek for all roles.

    PCN Level 2 Ultrasonic Testing of Welds BS EN 9712
    Work experience in an NDE role in similar industry
    Ability to plan, lead your own technical projects and work with an experienced engineering team
    PCN Level 2 or 3 in Radiography and PCN RPS
    PCN Level 3 Ultrasonic Testing of Welds or Further qualifications in Ultrasonic testing
    PCN Level 2 or 3 in Liquid Penetrant
    PCN Level 2 or 3 in Magnetic Particle
