    Invest & Fund is an exciting and dynamic growth business in its sector. It provides access to a unique asset for High-Net-Worth Individuals and family offices, as well as institutions. Its speciality and focus are on the finance needs of residential property developers. It is an acknowledged leader in the provision of high-quality finance and is an established and exemplary player in the fast-growing private debt/credit sector.

    Invest & Fund has over 750 loyal and committed High Net Worth and Ultra High Net Worth investors, who are highly enthusiastic about the model and asset class, having enjoyed extremely low volatility, with returns of c.8% on invested capital. This population has, to date, grown through word-of-mouth. We are now putting together a high-quality team to proactively grow this population.

    The business was founded as a boutique entity, which has since evolved into a fast-growing Fintech. With this rapid, robust and careful growth, Invest & Fund has now entered a dynamic, scale up phase. It aims to become the leading Fintech in its sector, and to go public within the next 5 years. Its streamlined structure allows for agility, innovation, avoidance of unnecessary bureaucracy and enablement of robust growth. As a fully FCA authorised and regulated business operating in financial services, operational, governance, risk and control requirements are a key focus of the business. The leadership team comprises of highly experienced and skilled finance professionals who are committed to building a strong team and a highly successful business. Invest & Fund is seeking exceptional individuals who can help it to achieve its objectives and become an integral part of the team.

    This is an exciting opportunity for a high achieving relationship manager/director from a finance background to join a dynamic team. This role will support an ambitious growth strategy by developing and proactively managing key relationships with investors.

    The role covers:

    • maintaining, and managing profitable, long-term, and mutually beneficial relationships with key strategic partners and contacts within our target audience.
    • manage a large portfolio of clients, ensuring both company service standards and our lending policy is complied with.
    • liaison with internal and external stakeholders to monitor service standards.
    • and deliver ideas for innovation and improvement.
    • on business development of new clients as well as continuous development of current relationships to leverage additional lending opportunities.
    • an outstanding customer service experience.
    • of new clients and management of existing relationships to a high standard.
    • and co-ordinate I&F product expertise and offer guidance.
    • business information, to help build future strategy.
    • with team initiatives to provide a seamless investment experience for clients and contribute towards team business goals.
