- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to promote our ropes solutions to key decision-makers in target industries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-profile clients across Europe and beyond.
- Identify client needs and objectives, and position Bekeart's offerings as solutions to meet those needs.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new opportunities for business growth.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Effectively negotiate contracts and terms to close deals in alignment with company objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or a related field.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams, with the ability to collaborate effectively with peers in other regions.
- Strong ability to access and engage with key decision-makers at the strategic level.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English. Additional languages are a plus.
- Willingness to travel frequently across Europe and potentially globally.
- Experience in the services business is essential; candidates with experience solely in product-based industries will not be considered.
- Experience in any of the following industries - O&G, mining, port operation - would be a significant advantage.
