    It's not for the faint-hearted, but excitement very rarely is...The PersonA natural leader and mentorPassionate about the Lyle & Scott brandUnderstanding of managing a retail business (banking, KPIs, margins etc.)Track record of effectively supporting and managing a teamA Purple Cow in a field of brown cows – what makes you stand out from the crowd?Excellent communication and customer service skillsCreative eye and knowledge of current trendsAt least 1 year of retail management experienceEngaging, warm and positive attitudeAbility to commute to the storeThe RoleAccountable for the delivery of KPIs in the absence of the Store ManagerConsistently identifying commercial opportunitiesResponsible for the management of the team with the Store ManagerUnderstanding the needs of each customer and driving sales based on individual needsMaking sure the shop is beautifully presented by replenishing stock and maintaining quality visual displaysFollowing health and safety guidelinesOperating the till and handling cashThe BenefitsGenerous sign-on bonusGenerous staff discountSales incentivesMonthly sales bonus schemeTeam nights out every quarter are paid for by usUniform allowanceCareer development opportunities30 days annual leave, increasing with service
