    Based in Worthing, hybrid working

    6 month fixed-term contract

    An excellent opportunity for a Leasehold Officer to join a supportive team within a Social Housing provider

    You will manage day to day enquiries from leaseholders and shared owners and their solicitors/agents including maintenance repairs, service charge enquiries and housing management queries

    Ensure consultation regarding proposed works and consequent service charges are legally compliant. Process all Shared Ownership new build & re-sales of properties ensuring enquiries from purchasers and solicitors are dealt with inline with our policies and procedures

    Review service charges to maximise the income we are entitled to recover

    Lead the income collection and monitor service charge and major works service charge arrears cases, giving advice and taking appropriate action regarding the recovery of arrears

    Ensure all first response complaints from leaseholders and shared owners are dealt with


    Effectively manage all properties not let under assured or fixed term tenancies, ensuring income is maximised and breaches are dealt with.

    You should have previous experience of providing a front-line service to customers in social housing or similar organisation along with knowledge of leasehold management
