    We are looking for someone who is:

    Project Manager (R&D/Aerospace/ TRL)

    Coventry, UK

    Job Description & Skill Requirement:

    >Looking to lead an array of R&D projects which will advance our technology and process capability in the design and manufacture of high performance additively manufactured thermal management systems.

    >Creating work package breakdowns, engineering resource estimates and compiling these together to create and maintain robust project plans.

    >Liaising between technical and manufacturing teams to ensure timely task progress and broaden awareness of project milestones.

    >Communicating task progress and timelines to customers and managing scope change.

    >Maintaining estimates of business load/capacity, liaising with the financial team to reflect these in cost models

    >Working with Monitoring Offers on grant funded projects to track project progress and ensure successful delivery / close out

    Qualification:

    BE/B.Tech Bachelor Degree

    Strong background in project management techniques, ideally including research or low TRL project experience


    • Familiarity with grant funded project management protocols as used by Innovate UK, ATI, EU Horizon.


    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills


    • Presentation skills


    • Ability to influence stakeholders


    • Ability to work independently and prioritise duties with minimal supervision, in order to meet deadlines


    • Ability to visualize and plan objectives and goals strategically


    • Proficient in Project Management tools (i.e., MS Project) or similar
