    Luxury Men's Ready-to-Wear (RTW) General Merchandise Manager
    We are seeking an accomplished and visionary Luxury Men's Ready-to-Wear General Merchandise Manager to lead a dynamic team.

    The ideal candidate will have a profound understanding of the luxury fashion market across Asia but specifically Greater China and HK, a passion for men's RTW, and a proven track record in driving success in a retail environment.

    This is an exciting opportunity to curate and manage a distinguished collection of men's RTW, setting the standard for excellence in the industry.

    Product Curation:

    • Curate and oversee a comprehensive collection of luxury men's readytowear, ensuring it aligns with the brand's image and customer expectations.
    • Stay abreast of industry trends, identifying emerging designers and timeless classics to enhance the product assortment.
    2.


    Global Sourcing:

    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with international designers, brands, and suppliers.
    • Attend global fashion weeks, trade shows, and showroom appointments to stay ahead of trends and secure exclusive partnerships.

    Inventory Management:

    • Develop and implement effective inventory strategies to optimize stock levels and minimize excess.
    • Monitor sellthrough rates, analyze performance metrics, and make datadriven decisions to maximize profitability.

    Collaboration:

    • Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and seasonal campaigns.
    • Collaborate with visual merchandising to create compelling instore displays and elevate the overall shopping experience.

    Team Leadership:

    • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of merchandisers, buyers, and support staff.
    • Foster a collaborative and innovative working environment that encourages creativity and excellence.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience in a senior merchandising or general merchandise management role, specifically in luxury men's readytowear.
    • Indepth knowledge of the global luxury fashion market, with a keen understanding of men's fashion trends and customer preferences.
    • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with a focus on datadriven decisionmaking.
    • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
    • A resultsoriented mindset, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
