    Description

    CompanyThis is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing QSR group who are the largest and most successful brand in their sector.

    Their mission is to provide their loyal customers with freshly prepared, customisable, and authentic food which matches their vibrant culture.

    They require an experienced multi-site manager to join them to look after their 10 sites in the South West region.

    RoleTheir fresh, delicious food served in vibrant restaurants are brought to life through their friendly and enthusiastic teams.

    The ROM is the glue that holds it all together by providing operational support to their area to ensure smooth and consistent service across all areas, driving excellence and overall profitability.


    You will also:


    Hold accountability for the commercial results of the area of restaurantsGrow and develop the team of people within the areaEnsure customer satisfaction by reinforcing the company culture of customer focus, team work and integrity.

    CandidateYou will come from a casual dining or QSR brand managing multiple sites.

    You will be comfortable managing a large, spread out team and have a natural drive to inspire and motivate others.
