    We are recruiting a passionate and detail-oriented Finance Coordinator to join our team and play a vital role insupporting our exciting new Workforce Programme, Shaping Scotland's Childminding Future, aimed at retaining andgrowing the number of childminders across Scotland.

    As Finance Coordinator you will contribute to the operational management and delivery of the Shaping Scotland'sChildminding Future programme finance functions.

    You will assist with providing financial support to theprogramme whilst adhering to organisational finance procedures. You will deliver effective, efficient, andaccurate financial administrative support to the Shaping Scotland's Childminding Future team.

    We require an excellent communicator with a strong understanding of financial principles and practices who hasexcellent attention to detail and accuracy.

    The post is home/office based, requiring regular attendance at Head Office in Stirling.

    Are you passionate about nurture, high quality childcare and making a real difference to children and families inScotland? We are recruiting a Senior Childminding Development Officer to help us deliver our childminding services acrossScotland.

    SCMA is a nationalThird Sector and membership organisation that promotes childminding as a quality childcare service.

    Working onbehalf of its 2,600 childminder members, SCMA helps to improve the wellbeing and outcomes for Scotland'schildren and aims to influence policy to ensure that it is informed by the experiences of childminding.

    SCMAprovides a wide range of support and professional services for members including training and events as well asdelivering local services.

    This post may require direct contactwith children and vulnerable adults.

    You will be adept at developing relationships, negotiating and workingcollaboratively with partners to achieve better outcomes for children and families, along with experience of thedelivery of funded ELC hours and family support.

    You will possess excellent organisational skills and be comfortable using MicrosoftOffice packages including Excel and Sharepoint.

    Due to internal secondment this post is fixed term, with initial year one funding to March 2025, as part of a 3-yearfunding agreement, confirmed on an annual basis.

    The post is home office based but will require travel and attendance at meetings within Glasgow (including occasionaltravel to Head Office in Stirling).

    We are recruiting three Workforce Officers to help us expand the childminding workforce as part of our exciting newWorkforce Programme, Shaping Scotland's Childminding Future, aimed at retaining and growing the numbers ofchildminders across Scotland.

    The successful applicants will work to support potential new childminders by delivering a childminding recruitmentmodel in local authority areas.

    The post is home/office based, requiring travel and attendance at meetings across the central belt and
    occasionally wider (including regular attendance at Head Office in Stirling).

    Working from home (UK) with occasional attendance at events or meetings across the UK including attending meetings in London.

    We are now looking for a Volunteer Officer to join our busy Volunteering team which is responsible for 35volunteer-led National, Regional, and Special Interest Groups that offer events, networking opportunities, andsupport to our members and the wider fundraising community.

    Annual leave starting at 25 days per year, plus 9 Bank Holidays. 5% employer contributions to our stakeholder pension scheme (after probation ends)

    The role provides key support to the Volunteering Team with day-to-day administrative responsibility for supportingthe volunteer journey for all Group committee volunteers, from recruitment to onboarding to succession planning.

    The role will also be the first point of contact and provide logistical support for volunteer events and activities,either online or in person across the UK.
