    Growth Manager (Business Development & Marketing)
    £50-£60k (flex) + bens and shares

    Our client is a prominent figure in the UK agency landscape and a leading membership body with a raft of offerings - events, insight, mentoring, industry news, training and development.

    The growth position is a newly created one as the business launches into a new phase of growth.

    A hugely exciting opportunity which comes with ownership, responsibility and freedom to implement your own growth strategies along with the MD, whilst managing the marketing and social executive.

    Your number one focus is to drive significant increases in membership numbers and enhance revenue streams.

    You'll be developing and implementing innovative strategies to increase membership base, and spearheading initiatives to boost revenue in other areas, namely partnerships.

    Although part of your role will be focusing on securing new partnerships, you'll also be involved in cultivating and expanding relationships with existing partners which include the likes of Microsoft, Tik Tok, Sainsburys, LinkedIn and C4.

    The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in growth management, with a focus on membership expansion and revenue enhancement, preferably in the media and advertising industry - agency landscape being ideal.

    We'd also be interested in hearing from people from membership bodies.
    You'll need to demonstrate strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, especially in guiding marketing efforts. Excellent relationship-building and networking abilities, capable of fostering productive partnerships. You'll need to demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset and an ability to be hands on and make things happen.

    Working closely with the MD, you'll be joining an incredibly dynamic and supportive work environment that values collaboration and innovation.
