    As a Credit Controller reporting to the Head of Transactional Services, your primary responsibility is to ensure the timely collection of cash while minimising bad debts.

    Handle a high volume of customer interactions via telephone.


    • Update the accounts receivable system, Credit Hound, with all collection activities.
    • Provide copy invoices to customers on an ad-hoc basis.
    • Handle statement reconciliations and create WIP statements for effective communication with customers.
    • Escalate any concerning issues to the Credit Control Team Leader.
    • The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a credit control team, managing a high volume of transactions. Experience with statement reconciliations and transactions through online portals (e.g., The candidate should demonstrate a successful track record of meeting cash collection targets, reducing aged debt, and minimising bad debts.

    ICM Level 3


    Essential:     2 years of credit control experience.


    Essential:
    High-level written and oral communication, strong Microsoft Excel skills, conflict resolution, assertive telephone manner.

    End-to-end credit control process.

    Desirable:
    SAGE, SAGE CRM, AMCS, Credit Hound.
