- Leadership & Operations: Provide impeccable leadership to the centre teams on a day-to-day basis. Ensure the centres operate safely, efficiently, and in accordance with all relevant policies, processes, and procedures.
- Financial Management: Prepare the annual budget with the General Manager, manage and monitor said budget, and address any financial discrepancies.
- Planning & Strategy: Support the development and execution of centre business plans and KPIs. Work closely with the centre team to offer a balanced programme of activities that meet both financial objectives and community needs.
- Staff Management: Ensure an effective staffing structure, oversee staff deployment, and conduct performance reviews to ensure consistent high standards.
- Customer Service: Address escalated customer comments and complaints professionally, ensuring a pleasant and safe environment for all visitors.
- Security & Maintenance: Oversee the opening, closing, and security of the centres. Ensure centres are maintained to the highest standards of safety, cleanliness, and operational effectiveness.
- Continuous Learning: Attend relevant training sessions and be available for call-outs when needed.
