    You will take a data driven approach to develop a deep understanding of customer behaviour and needs, designing and executing growth initiatives with the use of experimentation and testing.

    This is a collaborative role, working alongside great colleagues in marketing, UX, product, sales, and support team members.
    Creating a frictionless user experience for all stages of self-service user engagement


    • Identifying and acting upon insights derived from product and website usage data, user feedback, and your own instincts
    • Collaborating with UX & product team members to promote user experience improvements
    • Reporting on product-led growth performance indicators such as user retention rate, time-to-value, and activation rate and the results of initiatives that have been carried out
    Proven experience in a product-led growth or related role such as UX, digital marketing, product management, data analysis, and customer success

    ~ Track record identifying and implementing initiatives that have made a significant contribution to product-led growth performance

    SaaS / tech / software industry experience

    ~ Pardot/Salesforce

    ~ BigQuery/SQL
