    Description

    Havas Market's mission is to be the preferred partner for ecommerce growth, end to end across all of our clients' digital commerce channels.

    We create meaningful and connected buying experiences for shoppers across marketplaces, D2C and social commerce - ultimately generating incremental business for our clients.

    The primary objective of a Growth Manager is to bring in new business opportunities with large consumer brands and to work alongside Havas Market senior leadership to pitch and close new deals.

    To achieve your objectives you will proactively build new and nurture relationships with ecommerce / marketing leaders as well as partners, collaborate and add value via our community of marketing leaders whilst positioning Havas Market as a trusted service provider & strategic partner.

    Establish new business relationships via telephone, email, social media, events and content collaboration

    • Nurturerelationships with senior marketing leaders
    • Resolutely and consistently generate leads in order to create opportunities with new retail brands.
    • Continually develop, improve and populate our core outreach approach, mixing always on with campaign / events focused activity. Qualify inbound leads (MQL) ensuring quality leads are passed over to the commercial team
    • Track prospects we are pitching to and ensure they remain as part of our communityand outreach activity whether they are converted or lost business.
    • 4+ years proven track record of building and maintaining new business relationships
    • Capable of articulating our proposition and confident to relate to senior leaders on a peer to peer / consultative basis
    • Evidences a problem solving / creative approach to building new relationships
    • Confident and accomplished with the ability to work both autonomously and as part of a remote team
