    Technical Sales Engineer – Capital Equipment, Worcester, UK

    Salary:
    Up to £50,000 + Bonus + Benefits

    A leading UK manufacturer of specialised capital equipment seeks an ambitious Technical Sales Engineer to join their dynamic team.

    This role is ideal for a recent engineering graduate or qualified apprentice with a few years of experience in technical sales who is eager to grow their career.

    Responsibilities:
    the full sales cycle for inbound inquiries, from initial contact to successful deal closure.
    with engineers to determine precise customer needs and deliver customised solutions.
    technical proposals and quotations that align with client specifications.
    strong relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service.


    Qualifications:
    3 or higher engineering qualification (degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred).
    understanding of mechanical engineering principles.
    interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with engineers.
    organisational, time management, and self-motivation abilities.
    in CAD software and the ability to create technical drawings.
    to travel occasionally for client meetings and site visits.

    This is an office-based position in Worcester, with occasional travel.
