    Overview: My client is looking to strengthen their phase II & III team through the recruitment of a Senior Director Business Development to support their business development activities covering clients in the UK, Ireland, and Israel. As a Senior Director Business Development, you will be tasked with promoting and selling the phase II and III services to their clients. Your role will be a mix of working with existing accounts to build and strengthen the relationship as well as identifying and securing new accounts.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Acknowledge, embody, and uphold the company's core values, which revolve around their dedication to People, Clients, and Performance.
    2. Travel (approximately 40%) domestic and/or international.
    3. Maintain regular contact with current sponsors and develop relationships with potential clients.
    4. Coordinate RFP process & response.
    5. Meet annual sales goals and objectives.
    6. Solo Contrition position. (Hunter)

    Qualifications and Experience:

    • 7+ years business development experience, selling clinical services (CRO).
    • Outstanding network within the Biotech industry.
    • Currently achieving an annual target of £10 million minimum.
    • Have a Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences, Technology, or a related discipline.
