- Operate autonomously in a specialized clinical domain, enhancing expertise in neurological rehabilitation with senior OT guidance.
- Oversee and manage a caseload of individuals with intricate mental and physical health conditions and/or challenging behaviors under the supervision of senior OT.
- Utilize evidence-based, user-centric methods to complete the OT process by assessing, devising treatment strategies, executing interventions, and assessing outcomes.
- Address deficiencies in occupational performance and skills to empower individuals in self-care, productivity, education, and recreational domains.
- Create and assign care plans to rehabilitation support personnel or therapy aides, ensuring effective monitoring, assessment, and adjustment of therapies.
- Engage effectively with reluctant or distressed individuals and their families in the rehabilitation journey using interpersonal skills and empathy.
- Conduct thorough risk evaluations, ensuring regular reviews and efficient communication within the team.
- Handle a specific workload, identify priorities, and efficiently manage time and resources with senior OT oversight.
- Take action to acknowledge, report, or enhance personal and collective performance and practices.

Our team focuses on supporting individuals with brain injuries caused by various factors such as accidents, illnesses, substance abuse, among others, aiding them in their recovery journey to accomplish personal milestones in a collaborative and supportive work setting.
Main Purpose
Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to deliver occupational therapy under our neurobehavioral approach for individuals with acquired brain injury (ABI), working in conjunction with internal and external stakeholders and the patients themselves.
