    Role: People Partner

    Industry: Luxury Travel

    Location: West London

    Salary: £45,000 - £50,000

    My client are a leading luxury travel provider who are looking for a talented People Partner to join their global HR team. This is the perfect opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor looking for their first People Partner position. This role will support the UK support functions and be able to offer high levels of business partnership and coaching across the client groups.

    Duties include:

    • Lead talent assessments and providing support on succession planning
    • Identify opportunities to enhance the use of HR systems and conduct data analysis and reporting
    • Lead on employee relations cases, providing expertise to managers and leaders
    • Lead the Employee Engagement action plan
    • Use the employee engagement survey feedback to proactively create actions plans for relevant teams
    • Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to identify recruitment strategies and participate in the selection process as appropriate
    • Lead ad hoc People team initiatives, including change management projects

    Someone who has had a strong focus on talent acquisition in the career will be highly advantageous.

    Their offices are based in Hammersmith, London and require someone to have flexibility to be in the office a minimum 4 days a week. You will be joining a collaborative and supportive team, who pride themselves on be passionate about all things DEI.
