    JOB TITLE: Service Architect (Global Services)

    REPORTING TO : Director | Service Architecture | Global Services

    LOCATION: Sunbury/Home

    ROLE SUMMARY

    The primary function of the Service Architect is to provide pre and post sales Service Design support to Kinly's Global Account Managers and Directors who have responsibility for managing Kinly's Global Services (GS) customers. This role requires a self-starter who can clearly demonstrate an aptitude for service design and development, along with outstanding communication and presentation skills.

    The role is focused on understanding new and existing customer requirements and aligning GS services to create compelling value propositions. This involves understanding Kinly's evolving service portfolio, whilst also looking for areas of development in line with new customer requirements and ensuring that GS services are sold in accordance with defined standards and service levels. This includes working closely with the global operational leads in developing and implementing processes to ensure successful transition and implementation, best practice across the department and assisting with the design of CSI (continual service improvement) initiatives for the services being delivered.

    ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Work with customers and internal Global Services teams (sales and operational leads) to position a plan and strategy that resonates with key stakeholders
    • Support Sales and Business Development in the creation of content for GS customers
    • Identify opportunities for organic growth across the portfolio of services and contracts
    • Be a GS advocate to clients and internal teams by outlining the value of the service proposition
    • Alignment of customer requirements to the GS services portfolio and commercial models
    • Maintain service descriptions & collateral to support ongoing market & client requirements
    • Prepare and deliver presentations to existing and prospective GS customers
    • Work with GS operational teams to execute of transition & implementation plans
    • Build and maintain relationships with regional stakeholders and operational teams
    • Assist in the development of skills requirements for customer aligned teams
    • Support the creation and maintenance of service documentation
    • Perform tender management for new and existing GS customers
    • Collaborate with regional counterparts and support global operational teams to drive the adoption of global initiatives and support their development

    SKILLS PROFILE

    • A genuine passion for creative thinking in a fast-paced operational environment
    • In-depth understanding of the AV and Visual Collaboration industry and technologies
    • Ability to understand complex service models and translate into real-world scenarios
    • Strong analytical thinking ability and, business writing and presentation skills
    • Commercially astute with demonstrable experience in a similar role in either AV or IT
    • Highly developed service-focused attitude and strong situational awareness
    • Educated to at least A level with a relevant technical qualification desirable
    • Working knowledge of ITIL – with ITIL v3 Foundation as a minimum
    • Fully IT literate with strong MS Office skills
    • Independent thinker with excellent collaboration skills and proven problem-solving ability
    • Able to work effectively in client, office, and remote working environments
    • Professional in appearance and attitude at all times
