- Preparing and presentation of documents and bundles
- Co-ordination, storage & administration of archiving and retrieval
- Booking and logging couriers
- Maintain the stationary cupboards and ensure orders are placed on a weekly basis
- Maintain the client meeting rooms
- Liaising with the building management team to book meeting rooms for clients
- Assist with all internal office moves
- Maintain and replenish the First Aid equipment/supplies
- Maintain and keep an accurate desk booking system, and log of all visitors
- Educated to GCSE standard or equivalent
- Proven experience in a similar administrative roles within a law firm ideally or professional services
- Competency with Microsoft Office
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team

A prestigious UK law firm is looking to hire a new Office Services Assistant to join them on a permanent basis, to work both 9am – 5pm with a 75-minute lunch break each, housed in stunning offices in the City.
Candidates must have previous Office Services experience, within a professional services organisation, ideally within a law firm. Standard hours are 09:00 – 17:00, with a salary of £28,000 per annum.
