    Description

    Dunbar Brown Group are delighted to be working retained with our London based customer who are looking to add a Senior Capital Allowance's Consultant to their business. The Senior Capital Allowances (CA) specialist will assist clients in maximising the tax benefits available for capital expenditures on property and fixed assets. They will accomplish this by integrating knowledge of taxation and accounting with actual experience in building, real estate, and cost management.

    This position will allow the successful candidate to work in an important area of the business, with responsibilities throughout the United Kingdom. The role will be focused around advising clients on capital allowances, involves working and liaising with all disciplines within the property sector, the end client, accountants, lawyers, agents and quantity surveyors and project managers.

    Responsibilities:-

    • Collaborating with clients and advisers to acquire detailed property cost information.
    • Fostering positive client relationships and providing exceptional service.
    • Advising clients on capital allowances for property acquisitions, developments, refurbishments, and fit outs.
    • Assisting with proposal preparation and new business development.
    • Supporting sales and marketing operations. This includes preparing capital allowances and other fixed asset service plans, as well as
    • conducting high-level feasibility studies to evaluate the potential level of allowances available, as well as assisting more junior members of the team with their development.
    Key Experience:-
    • Minimum of 5 years experience working as a Capital Allowances Consultant
    • Specific experience with Land Remediation claims
    Salary Range:-

    • Depending on the experience this role can pay £50-70,000 per annum + bonus
