    Consisting of talented teams acrossmultiple specialisms including creative content managed servicesMarTech thought leadership andresearch.

    About therole

    The Producer will beresponsible for supporting the delivery of all projects across thebusiness your primary mission is to facilitate the successfuldelivery of projects by collaborating closely with Client Practicesaccurately scoping deliverables defining the delivery approachpricing work sourcing resources and managing projects to meetclient expectations within budget.

    You will alsobe responsible for optimising project resources for quality andcosteffectiveness.

    As well as responsibility forthe delivery of projects you will be required to review andcontinuously improve the effectiveness of the delivery of Momentumsstandard projects.

    KeyAccountabilities andResponsibilities

    Scopingand planning

    • Collaborate with client practices to thoroughlyunderstand project requirements and objectives.
    • Ensure sharedservice deliverables are accurately scopedto align with client expectations.
    • Develop aproject approach outlining key resources milestones risks andoutcomes.
    • When required liaise with clients togain a deeper understanding of their requirements and become asubject matter expert on the specificdeliverable.

    Pricing

    • Review nonstandard pricing and sign off on commercials incollaboration with the Operations team.
    • Continuously refine pricing strategies to improveaccuracy andcompetitiveness.

    Delivery

    • Review asset briefs (input from Consultants).
    • Review allocated resources planned for delivering assets(input from Client Practice).
    • Review progressof projects to ensure alignment with the brief.
    • Manage client feedback and amendments including updatingthe client.
    • Oversee internal quality control(QC) of the project and external proofreading.
    • Manage projects within budget and specifiedtimelines.
    • Manage thirdparty deliveriesincluding sourcing briefing costing and overseeing any delivery bythird parties or freelancers(FL).

    BestPractice

    • Developingbest practice approach and guidelines for the pricing and executionof standarddeliverables

    Innovation

    • Research and recommend new services based on clientrequirements.
    • Identify new capabilities andresources required to meet new service demands.
    • Develop new service offerings based on clientrequirements.

    BusinessDevelopment

    • Understandbroader client requirements and recommend additional sharedservices to clients.

    As a Produceryou will work on projects across all areas of our service delivery.Over time we will be looking to build subject matter expertise inthese areas with a team of goto experts who really understand andadd value to the production process across:

    • Creative
      Abilityto develop complex creative solutions including but not limited tobrand development digital web development print complex large scalecreative delivery projects.
    • MarTech
      Ability toleverage MarTech platforms to help our clients meet their marketinggoals. This will involve existing platforms such as Turtl Hubspotand Impartner as well as new platforms as needed.
    • Managed Service
      Ability to deliver the full range of Momentum Services to agreedservice levels andbudgets.

    Qualifications/ Experience

    A strong backgroundin project delivery a passion for delivering client excellence anda deep understanding of one of our specialised areas (CreativeManaged Services or MarTech) and entrepreneurial flair to alignresources to meet client requirements.
