    Our client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Talent Agent specializing in Luxury & High Value Brand Partnerships to join their team.

    The Senior Talent Agent will play a pivotal role in identifying, securing, and managing strategic partnerships and brand collaborations for their clients in the luxury sector.

    This role requires a strong network of contacts within the luxury industry, excellent negotiation skills, and a keen understanding of brand positioning and marketing strategies.

    Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of high-profile clients in the luxury and high-value brand space.

    Provide strategic career guidance, negotiate contracts, and advocate for clients' interests to secure lucrative brand partnerships and collaborations.
    Identify and cultivate relationships with luxury brands and high-value partners to explore collaboration opportunities.
    Develop tailored partnership proposals and pitch strategies to align with clients' brand image, values, and target audience.
    Develop and execute strategic brand partnership plans for clients, including campaign ideation, activation strategies, and integration opportunities.
    Collaborate with clients and brand partners to ensure cohesive and impactful brand messaging across all channels.

    Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring terms and conditions are favorable for clients while maximizing value for brand partners.

    Manage contract negotiations, approvals, and execution processes with attention to detail and professionalism.

    Previous experience working as a talent agent, brand manager, or within the luxury industry, with a focus on brand partnerships and collaborations.

    Established network of contacts within the luxury industry, including luxury brands, agencies, and influencers.
    Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, with the ability to navigate complex partnership negotiations and secure mutually beneficial agreements.
