    Key Accountabilities:

  • Tradex Invoice Processing – ensuring rigorous management of the Tradex Invoice Suspense account – working with the Sales team to ensure aged invoices are kept to a minimum and total balance does not exceed £2.5m
  • Customer pricing setup and maintenance
  • Ensure variances between SAP and Promax (Trade Promo Management System) are kept to a minimum and quickly resolved when they arise
  • Working with internal and external IT stakeholders on updates and improvement work in Promax
  • General Tradex/Commercial Finance related reporting
  • Be the 1st line contact for issues in the Promax and 'Market to Campaign' area
  • Raise any incidents within the M2C space and work with the 3rd parties to progress them to a root cause and ultimately, a fix

  • Degree level education
  • Studying towards accounting qualification would be preferable but not essential
