    Job Title:
    Academic Campus Operation Manager

    Salary:
    £40,000 - £50,000 per annum (Depending on work experience)

    Employment Type:
    Full-Time, Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm (occasional evening and weekend work)

    We are currently seeking a motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as an Academic Campus Operation Manager.

    The Academic Campus Operation Manager is a pivotal role responsible for overseeing the setup and operations of the campus in accordance with Head Office directives.

    The Academic Campus Operation Manager assumes overall responsibility for campus functionality, including staff supervision, student welfare, and coordination with facilities management.

    Collaborating closely with the Academic Coordinator and Campus Coordinator, the Academic Campus Operation Manager ensures seamless operations within the academic department and overall operations.

    Oversee and supervise Academic Coordinator and Campus Coordinator.

    • Carry out campus related activities such as fire drills, regular H&S checks, update/report accidents/incident log.
    • Closely working with Head of Academic Operations to ensure academic standards are maintained across all the campuses.
    • Maintain professional standards while representing ESL – Understanding and promoting the school's strategy and policy.
    • Ensuring departmental staff adhere to rota and schedules.
    • Assist academic leadership in ensuring academic staff and classrooms are fit for purpose and well equipped for class delivery.
    • Assist academic leadership in ensuring effective teaching delivery.
    • Master's degree in education, Business Administration, or related field.
    Sound knowledge of safeguarding policies and procedures.
    Familiarity with relevant regulations and compliance standards in the higher education sector.
    Commitment to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion within the campus community.
    Proven experience in academic management and HEI experience.

    Demonstrative ability to manage, motivate and support an academic and operations team, embracing collaborative working style to achieve results and to deliver outstanding student experience and outcomes.

    Awareness and understanding of higher educational regulatory frameworks and assurance processes.
