    Description

    Buro Happold is looking for a Group Coordinator with previous experience in an administrative role, and the role comes with an attractive salary and benefits package.

    You'll be part of something bigger than us all where sustainability, equity, social and performance outcomes matter. Manage allocation of IT hardware and software, ensuring that the IT requirements of the group are notified to IT support

    • Liaising and working with central business services teams when required
    Assisting Business Development/ Marketing with creating bid submissions and preparing new and existing CVs and project sheets where applicable
    Typing, formatting, reviewing and modification of correspondence and documents prepared by the technical staff – ensuring the Brand guidelines are followed
    Creating team presentations for office communications and team meetings
    Managing and coordinating business travel arrangements for the team, using an online platform and liaising with external Travel Management Company when required
    Update and maintain Magellan SharePoint pages for teams
    General ad-hoc admin duties
    Training Engineers in the use of the company systems/ processes/ Buro Happold Templates
    Excellent computer and IT skills including; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Teams
    Experience of maintaining quality management systems
    Knowledge of InDesign would be desirable – training will be provided
    Knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator would be desirable – training can be provided
    Solid foundation of office experience
