They are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Super Prime Property Manager to join their team in London.The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of exclusive, high-value properties, ensuring that they are maintained to the highest standards and that the needs of their clients are met with the utmost professionalism and discretion.
Act as the primary point of contact for UHNWI and Prime property owners, ensuring their needs and expectations are met at all times.
Oversee all aspects of property management, including maintenance, repairs, renovations, and other necessary services.Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the properties under your care.
Provide regular updates and reports to clients on the status of their properties.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in property management, with a focus on UHNWI and Prime properties.
Strong understanding of the luxury property market, including the unique needs and expectations of UHNWI clients.
