    Who You Are

    160over90 is seeking a Senior Account Manager who will be responsible for supporting development of the strategy, rights holder management and day-to-day activation related to a client's pan-European entertainment partnership.

    Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To

  • Day-to-day management of a client's sponsorship portfolio and activation around it with a focus on a pan-European entertainment partnership
  • Interact daily with client and all appropriate agencies/properties to support sponsorship programming initiatives
  • Develop comprehensive activation programmes around local & pan-Regional sponsorships keeping in mind multiple channels (PR, influencer, experiential, content, etc.)
  • Assist in other areas of the account, beyond local sponsorships, as needed and as directed by the Account Director
  • Manage rightsholder approvals process in partnership with the client and rightsholder stakeholders by having an in-depth knowledge of activation guidelines
  • Track, manage, update and recap sponsorship / talent activations, approvals and deliverables
  • Liaise with client hub to support in activating their partnerships with clients and partners across Europe to ensure all sponsorship rights are fully utilised and leveraged to drive client business results
  • Support the sell-in of the partnerships to the wider businesses of the client
  • Responsible for the day-to-day management of a client's entertainment sponsorship, including interfacing with clients and brand teams, other account team members, and all appropriate agencies/properties to support sponsorship initiatives.
  • Assist with the creation and implementation of materials to support sponsorship initiatives and client strategy, including preparing marketing activation presentations, guideline documents and materials to be presented to the client, their partners and relevant stakeholders
  • Manage finance topics such as processing talent invoices, client POs, vendor forms and the like
  • Assist in the strategic development and implementation of sponsorship initiatives, including customized programmes/promotions with the client
  • Coordinate with internal teams i.e. experiential, social, or regional sponsorship leads to ensure the client's brand are accurately represented, and managing projects related to entertainment
  • Interact with and provide day-to-day communication to client, vendors, agencies, agents as needed
  • Provide and incorporate general insight and industry best practices
  • You Will Have The Following Strengths

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Strong agency or client-based sponsorship account management experience in the sports and entertainment industries (specific disciplines could include, sponsorship marketing or event marketing)
  • Understanding entertainment and sport is a plus
  • Experience working with and managing sports talent
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Superior client relationship skills
  • Ability to work and manage multiple stakeholders
  • Managed the development and implementation of sponsorship marketing strategy and activation on behalf of client or company
  • Prior experience managing day-to-day relationships with client, agency(s) and vendors
  • Leadership or Participation in sponsorship contract negotiations
  • Practical experience with on-site event marketing operations and logistics
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively
  • Ability to problem-solve independently and in groups
  • Excellent time management, written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to travel 30% of the time (estimated)
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
  • French/ Spanish/ Italian/ German would be a bonus.
