    Description

    Flutes has a reputation for delivering boldculinary leading-edge food and drink experiences in the mostprestigious venues, with a focus on innovative and invigoratingservice.

    The person we are looking for musthave a real passion for food and events.

    Purpose of the role, we are seeking anexceptional and highly skilled freelance hospitality manager tooversee the delivery and execution of our events in multiple sitesacross London.

    The successful candidate will have at least threeyears' experience in a management role within the hospitalityenvironment.

    As a freelance hospitality manager, you will beresponsible for a successful delivery of our client's events,including client liaison and team management.

    You will achieve thehighest possible standards of customer service during events and be onhand to meet clients prior to the event, working closely with thesales/planning and operations team for a seamless handover.

    Experiencein front of house management is essential, along with a strong eye fordetail and consistent presentation.

    Your performance within thecompany will be monitored by regular manager audits, meeting agreedevent timeframes, achieving excellent guest satisfaction/feedback andemployee quality and retention through positive onsite interaction.

    Ensuring that all food and beverage requirementsare delivered as per the clients request or work-order


    • Working with the planning team pre-event to allowa seamless transition for the clients, in line with the company'scustomer journey
    • Ability to motivate and encourage colleagues toprovide exceptional service in line with the company's overall visionto our highly valued client base
    Completing all paperwork on time and to a high quality

    Be an excellent Brand Ambassador for Flutes
    Possess clear and logical management experienceto meet the needs of a fast-paced environment
