    Research Analyst - OPRE

    The Role:


    Our UK Research team is currently looking for a research analyst to join the Operational Real Estate (OPRE) research team, in this role you will gain exceptional commercial real estate experience covering a wide variety of sectors including healthcare, hotels, leisure, and food & beverage.


    To be successful in this role:

    You will need experience working with large data sets and analysing data, producing insightful research outputs for clients, presentations, and client consultancy related work.

    The Team

    You will gain immediate exposure to a variety of initiatives working on different products, including market reports, and thought leadership projects.

    There will also be the opportunity to collaborate across several teams and to work on bespoke client centric consulting projects.

    This is an excellent opportunity to join a forward-thinking and progressive research team within a leading global real estate consultancy.

    Key Requirements

    • Preferably experience in a researchbased role.
    • Ideally with an economics, geography, real estate, or sciencebased degree.
    • Good numeracy and writing skills, with the ability to present data, information, methodologies and results effectively, both orally and in writing.
    • Proficiency in data collection, manipulation, analysis, and visualisation.
    • Strong interpersonal and organisational skills.
    • A collaborative and inclusive style to work effectively in a team environment.
    • Ability to be flexible, and work well under pressure to manage workload.
    • Accurate with exceptional attention to detail.
    • Proficiency using packages such as SQL, Excel and PowerPoint is a must.
