- Be point ofcontact for all ICT issues.
- Creating monitoringand resolving issues on the ICT ticketingsystem.
- Troubleshooting diagnosing problemsimplementing corrective action procedures within prescribedguidelines and/or escalating to Head of ICT asappropriate.
- Setting up and configuring desktopcomputers laptops peripherals and assigningpasswords.
- Installing software and repairinghardware and peripherals.
- Administering useraccounts.
- Maintaining records such as the ICTasset register.
- Assisting with the maintenanceof company website and domains whererequired.
- Workadditional hours to meet the needs of thebusiness
- Attend staff meetings and training asneeded
- Travel to other sites as needed andpotentially international sites.
- Carry out anyother duties as are within the scope and purpose of the job asrequested by the DIST
- Experience ofWindows 10 desktop and server
- Experience ofOffice 365 applications including SharePoint Microsoft Office& Exchange online
- Good understanding ofTCP/IP networking technologies
- Problemsolving/troubleshooting skills
