    RoleSummary:

    Reporting to the Directorof IT the Service Desk Analyst is responsible for IT support withinthe Company

    MainDuties:

    • Be point ofcontact for all ICT issues.
    • Creating monitoringand resolving issues on the ICT ticketingsystem.
    • Troubleshooting diagnosing problemsimplementing corrective action procedures within prescribedguidelines and/or escalating to Head of ICT asappropriate.
    • Setting up and configuring desktopcomputers laptops peripherals and assigningpasswords.
    • Installing software and repairinghardware and peripherals.
    • Administering useraccounts.
    • Maintaining records such as the ICTasset register.
    • Assisting with the maintenanceof company website and domains whererequired.

    OccasionalDuties:

    • Workadditional hours to meet the needs of thebusiness
    • Attend staff meetings and training asneeded
    • Travel to other sites as needed andpotentially international sites.
    • Carry out anyother duties as are within the scope and purpose of the job asrequested by the DIST

    Do youhave:

    • Experience ofWindows 10 desktop and server
    • Experience ofOffice 365 applications including SharePoint Microsoft Office& Exchange online
    • Good understanding ofTCP/IP networking technologies
    • Problemsolving/troubleshooting skills
    • Full UK DrivingLicence

    You should be able todemonstrate experience of managing multiple workloads at any onetime and an ability to prioritise work whilst communicating withstakeholders. Therefore excellent organisational and communicationskills are also important.
