    Description
    We are looking for a contract XR Unity Test Engineer to welcome into our Clients team.

    As a Contract Test Engineer within the Digital Services CoE Test Engineering (QE) Organisation, you will work on a core product project team alongside developers, designers, and product owners to ensure we deliver sustainable, high-quality product features.

    We are looking for an inventive and creative Test Engineer who is well-versed in exploratory testing and automation and finds value in driving story development through user-centric examples.

    We recognise that quality must happen at every stage of the product development process and look to our testers to champion this ethos and help strengthen our quality culture.

    We care deeply about both the quality of what we're making and the quality of life of our team.

    Work closely with the cross-functional members of the core product project team to refine the acceptance criteria and ensure the definition of done for the story, features, and release levels is known and specified in the requirements.


    • Conduct risk-driven exploratory testing for individual stories and release candidates using charters and appropriate techniques to discover potential problems.
    • Help measure how closely the product meets our quality goals and highlight risks.
    • Proven experience in XR Unity testing.
    • Strong programming skills and demonstrable experience automating acceptance criteria (preferably C#).
    • Experience with Unity testing frameworks.
    • Demonstrable experience working within an Agile SDLC and applying holistic test practices iteratively throughout the product development cycle.
    Knowledge of Testing Quadrants and Holistic Testing Model


    • Experience with DevOps tools for Continuous Integration (CI) testing
