    Description
    James Rare are excited to be working with a UK leading law firm with offices in Birmingham, London and abroad


    Duties:

    • Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients in family law matters, including divorce, child custody, adoption, and domestic violence cases
    • Conduct thorough research and analysis of legal issues
    • Prepare legal documents such as petitions, affidavits, and court pleadings
    • Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and negotiations
    • Collaborate with other professionals such as barristers, social workers, and counselors to provide comprehensive support to clients
    • Maintain accurate and uptodate case files
    • Attend client meetings and provide clear explanations of legal rights and options
    • Stay updated on changes in family law legislation and precedents

    Requirements:

    • Qualified solicitor with a valid practicing certificate
    • Proven experience in family law practice
    • Strong knowledge of family law legislation and procedures
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
    • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
    • Proficient in using IT systems and software relevant to legal practice
