- Presenting Kier with potential clients and consultants through direct communication, through regular and consistent face to face meetings, telephone calls and emails.
- Report on Business Development activities to the management board.
- Represent Kier at industry events and trade shows.
- Manage a pipeline of opportunities ensuring that all deadlines are met, and that information presented meets the company standards.
- Responsible for establishing key client and consultant drivers.
- Established in the construction industry.
- You have Proven experience in business development activities.
- You have Exceptional relationship management and networking abilities coupled with a genuine passion for the sector.
- You have Strong communication skills in all forms.

Location: Covering Kent, East Sussex and Surrey
Contract: Full Time, Permanent
What will you be responsible for?
As a Business Development Manager, you'll be working within the Regional Construction team, supporting the identification of profitable opportunities and maintenance of deep rooted relationships with customers and consultants.
