    Skills City is our leading training operation which comprises six skills bootcamps, covering the in-demand technical skills that employers are looking for.

    We now have an opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Data Analytics Bootcamp Instructor.

    We are seeking a Technical Instructor to join our professional and dynamic team, playing a key role within our Skills City operation and leading on delivery of our Data Analytics bootcamp.

    With your passion for developing others, you will deliver a defined curriculum program for early career technical hires on their journey to become skilled Data Analysts, Data Technician and similar roles.

    This multi-modal training program combines instructor led training, lab exercises, scenario-based project sprints, and more to develop and hone Data analysis, statistics, SQL, Data visualisation, Data protection, Microsoft Azure and professional developments skills.

    The instructor will be provided with a curriculum and teaching framework. There will also be a requirement to create new resources for the bootcamp where there is a need.

    This is a contract role open for UK based candidates for 12-week duration aligning with our cohort start dates (07th May 2024) that requires your fulltime availability during the bootcamp period where you can expect between £6000 - £9000 for the entire bootcamp delivery based on your skillset and experience.

    Key ResponsibilitiesThe key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

    Delivering the defined curriculum of an internal customer facing technical education programEnsuring SME engagement per program requirementsAdministering LMS tasks such as scheduling sessions, registering participants and creating/editing instructor resourcesPartnering with the learning strategy team to preserve consistent program experience for all learners globally through defined curriculum, milestones, and interactionsDeveloping and document workflows and processesProviding content and class feedback to learning strategy team to drive improvementsSkillsThe successful candidate will have the following qualifications and essential skills:Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar roleKnowledge of Data Analytics, Microsoft Azure DP-900Curriculum design and content creationCoding experience (Python, SQL)Microsoft proficientExcellent communication skillsTime managementTeam workProject development experienceExcellent stand–up delivery and facilitation skills and strong "stage presence" that drives key learning outcomes and motivates application of knowledge beyond the classroomA passion for learningDesirable SkillsTeaching qualificationMicrosoft Certified TrainerExperience using MoodleExperience delivering careers development sessionsProject management experienceAbility to travel on a limited basisPersonal CharacteristicsSelf-drivenFriendly but assertiveCommunicativeHonestInquisitiveCreativeAbout the OrganizationIN4 Group are a UK leader in digital transformation and talent development.
