    Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Safety Administrator. This is a full-time, permanent position located in Horsforth. You'll enjoy a standard workweek of 38.83 hours, Monday to Thursday from 9am to 5.30pm, Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm, plus one in three Saturdays 9.00am to 1.00pm. The salary ranges from £23,500 to £24,000 plus bonus scheme.

    Responsibilities

    • Ensure records of all safety certificates are up to date and compliant for the entire L&S portfolio.
    • Liaise with landlords, tenants and contractors to organise certification appointments to take place and necessary certification received.
    • Liasise with other departments to ensure all information is accurate and up to date on the Company's property software
    • Handle customer enquiries and resolve any issues in a timely manner

    Requirements

    • Previous experience in a similar role would be desirable but not essential as full training will be given
    • Excellent communication and organisational skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
